Horse Galore may change, remove or discontinue certain services from time to time. User registration is required for access to some services. Unregistered users only have minimal access and cannot post classifieds ads. User registration is free of charge and will not place you on a mailing list nor will we sell your information.

Photo(s) will remain on any advertisements placed until the horse, item or service is sold, removed by the owner, or the purchased advertisement time period has passed--whichever comes first. All fees paid are non-refundable.
General: This contract is the entire understanding between you and us regarding your relationship to our site. If either you or we fail to notify the other of any violations of this contract, this will not mean that you or we cannot notify the other of future violations of any part of this contract.
Our Disclaimer:
HorseGalore.com will not and has no way of validating the accuracy of the ads posted on this site. We have no first hand knowledge of any of the horses or anyt other classifieds ad listed on http://www.horsegalore.com. It is our hope that people selling their horses on our site will represent them accurately. We would suggest that before submitting a deposit for a horse, you take the necessary steps to insure you are getting what you expect and what was represented. Vet checks are a good idea as well as references from other people that know the horse and/or the seller. Traveling to see the horse is your best bet, but not always possible. Ultimately, the transaction is between you and the seller. HorseGalore.com.com is simply a "Classified Portal" attempting to bring equine enthusiasts together.
